LINK Phoenix chief says police response to incident with 4-year-old is 'unacceptable'
This was handled incorrectly. Shoplifting. Really? From a dollar store at that. Someone could've lost their life over a dollar? There were 2 small children that the police ignored in the threat to their parents. Couldn't this have been handled in a better way? Sensitivity training needed? It's an example of what the world is like when police are afraid.
