EPA OVERTURNING OBAMA CLIMATE RULES: EPA chief Andrew Wheeler makes a 'major announcement.' He's expected to say that the EPA is moving to overturn Obama-era rules that restricted the amount of climate pollution that can spew from older coal- and gas-fired power plants. In April, levels of carbon dioxide, the main climate change gas, reached 410 parts per million, the highest point in 800,000 years.
