They threaten the perp with 2 years in Juvie. Post what would be a better solution than placing him amongst other burgeoning criminals? Maybe putting him to work in the fields where many immigrants began their citizenship.

I don't consider Trumps idea of making America great to be freat at all....

He actually made me take a deep look into what really made America great. The results weren't good.
