Sadly there is a certain mentality with owners agreeing to take in 701 HUD housing tenants. Granted some low income people are low lifes - I am currently in a low income apartment complex that gets a lot of subsidy funding. maintenance is really good and it is the nicest place in town for low income apartments, getting management to make the tenants that break the rules is the problem.
I wonder if any of the Kushner properties are in the video that got trump's depends in an uproar.
