And the term "new atheism", that's being used so often, is ridiculous.

The guy raises a straw men as those books were mainly pointed at Christianity other than Harris' book which does point out problems with Islam more than Christianity. He's raising issues such as racism for instance, that, in my opinion, do not exist in the books. Pointing out problems with a religion is not, never was and has nothing to do with racism. It's easy to attack something when you have redefined and reinterpreted what they say.
