And the cops aren't out of control. Not much. "To Serve and Protect" is a thing of the past. It's now us and them. Blue pride and protectionism keeps real change from occurring.

People like this have no right to be policemen. With men of this type the city that employs them will always be paying out money because of lawsuits.
