I think we (in the U.S.) need a constitutional amendment that says if a foreign agreement or treaty has been ratified by congress then the president needs a congressional votes in order to pull out of it.
Trump has ended so many treaties and agreemenhts, the foreign countries quite rankly won't see the point of makign agreements or treaties with us tn the future... not if the next president can just unilaterally decided to end it. Some of the treaties he has pulled oput of date back to the Eisenhower era. Very few of the ended treaties and agreements have been covered by U.S. media.
The Paris accord(s) were never presented to congress, much less ratified.
