Just my son and I on the actual day this year. I will likely take leftovers to my daughter a few days after. She will be stsying at her apartment with a room mate who cannot go home for Thanksgiving due to her working retail.

I'm sure one average size adult person would be enough to feed most families, but it is against the law in Texas believe it or not.
