Both do that. During the Republican Congress, the Republicans made the same point. We have to throw bastards on both sides out who fight, play games and do not do people's work. Start with term limits.

They need to keep the people informed of they things they are doing besides impeachment. The Dems are always bad about telling the folks what they are doing.
