The Justice Department did not immediately respond to HuffPost’s request for clarification on who specifically Barr was referring to when he mentioned “communities” and what he meant by people finding themselves without police protection. Could it be ... Chicago? It's a two way street and they are public servants hired and paid to protect citizens regardless of the circumstances. If they let chaos reign then civil war will be imminent.
