What disturbs me most about this is the idea that somehow some people are less deserving, because of arbitrary reasons... and that he thinks he is qualified to judge who is or is nto deserving.

Except of course, when it comes to rich people being able to buy their way out of breaking the law, etc. This guy happened to blurt out how all conservatives feel about their perceived inferiors, namely that they have no right to life or health and instead are part of a surplus population that drags everyone else down with them. This guy should go live on his own island, if he can afford one, so he doesn't have to be involved with the masses.
