Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.My great uncle Joe Simon and my grandpa Jack Oleck worked at Marvel comics way back in the 40's. In fact, uncy Joe was one of the co-creators of Captain America. In his bio, My Life in Comics, he talks of the political climate abundant during the time when the Cap came into being, with the image of him punching Hitler. There's an amusing story of him pulling up to a stoplight and the guy in the car next to him recognized him and hocked a loogie at him......while forgetting to roll down the window first.
