On the subject of corruption, if any organization (such as the RNC) has threatened Senators with refusal to financially support said Senators' re-election campaigns if they don't vote against impeachment, is that not in itself corrupt?

Only if one can show it was deliberately designed to bias a vote. Merely not supporting a candidate is not a crime. It has to be shown that it was a bribe.

I wasn't asking about any legal application or remedy, but simply whether or not this kind of action would constitute corruption.
For example, the Republican National Committee tells a Senator to vote against impeachment or they won't help his next campaign in any way, including but not limited to money.

@bingst Most politics is centred on self-interest factions - so technically corruption.
