Non scientific poll and not religious related
I’m currently working as a massage therapist (it pays more than social work) and I was curious about division of time. Do you prefer a massage that involves 90% laying face down and focus on your back or 50/50 split with focus on full body. This is for a “relaxation” massage and not injury specific.

Feel free to reply to any comment by clicking the "Reply" button.Depends on any trouble spots I guess, I tend to hole tension in my neck, shoulder and calves mainly. But I still like a nice hand massage. So mostly back works on the whole.

I love it!! I wish I hadn’t wasted time and money getting my MSW though. Should have just stuck with massage!
