Gone unless people join cooperative movements such as Mondragón Cooperative Corporation in the Spanish Basque region. Other cooperatives are springing up around the world, and Mondragon has helped some of them.
That is such a shame. He is just as qualified, possibly more qualified, and yet is punished for being older. It is like telling an older person that they and their family deserve slavery for the remainder of their lives. If his children cannot pay for their educations, they will not earn enough to pay for their children or retirement either. It is rampant subjugation ... entirely legal in US of A ____. Lots of derogatory expressions could fill in the blank.
