Completely agree, but it seems unlikely we'll live long enough to see them change much. Regardless of who resides in the WH, Congress is too divided to actually do the right thing... they'll always follow the party line. Plus, computer prediction and corporate money will likely keep Congress close to a 50-50 balance. Conservative judges will always swing the inevitable squabbles toward the dark side.
