OT I told the city to turn off my water over a half a year ago (I'm hardly ever there). I went to have it turned back on, and they said I owed ~$430 in back water bills! I told her on the phone to shut that shit off. Then she said I needed to fill out paperwork to do that. I said she never said that, so I didn't know. They took off the monies, and said I had to pay $25 to have it turned back on. She was mentioning my name around two city workers, and was a bitch about it. She said the first payment I miss, my water will be turned off. I told her it was supposed to be shut off. What a frumpy cunt. /rant

OT I have been trying to move to Canada. Justin said he'd help Americans come over if trump won. Bullshit. Some of the numbers I was told to call by the Canadian Government aren't available from my area. I'm a non-felon, and I want to get out of here...
