We are Winning?
I think that areligion in all its forms tends to be a byproduct of high levels of education and affluence, which means it's concentrated in the affluent West, and is not very diverse -- as the article points out.
We aren't winning in terms of worldwide numbers, especially not in the long game.
No. Educated countries with internet access are the winners. In third world countries religion is growing ad well as the populations demographics. They are poor uneducated people that easily become victims of any possibility of hope. They do not have access or are told birth control is harmful often by missionaries, and thus out pace first world countries as far as birth rates.
Hopefully the term third world countries will not exist in the future, until then we all will suffer.
