I don't think "god fearing" men should follow and shoot and kill people for being black. They weren't law enforcement, and jogging is hardly a suspicious activity, so they had no reason to try to stop him... other than reported burglaries in the area were also committed by a black man. It kind of reminds me of how in the old south if a black man committed a crime, then lynching any black man would do.

(Remember Travon Martin?) Maybe this man was running away in a scary manner? Sure! That's it...he was guilty of "Fleeing Frighteningly!"
