President Wilson was suffering from the flu and sometimes described as delirious during the peace negotiations at the end of World War I. Would we be able to recognize delirium in trump if he became ill?

Ok, you don’t know about Trump’s being delerious. What do you know about his being anything else?
@yvilletom I'd say he is mentally ill in multiple ways.
