They never started any wars.
It felt reassuring ..in a surreal way to have ‘seen this coming’ in advance ..and load up on gloves, masks, canned goods … and get the shorter version of my usual haircut ..as not to look like a hippy in his sixties … though the ol’ Hips I know are in their seventies

I'm sixty five but my hair still grows as fast as when I was twenty. I had a haircut two months ago.
