I cannot read the article. I have been so triggered and grief-stricken this week by all of the stories of hate, brutality, injustice and intolerance that I have called off work every day since last week. It's so overwhelming. My father, a devout Christian, disowned me for not seeking his blessing of my marriage. I'm thankful I walked away with my life. Others are not so fortunate and it's sickening.
