@literatehiker Okay since I'm apparently part of the class and teachers love good debates:
- For this guy's girlfriend/wife who he is apparently picking up, I'm guessing they are each other's sexual objects.
- According to most dictionaries the informal definition of chick is a young woman.
INFORMAL
a young woman.
"she's a great-looking chick" - The sign is not self-defeating if his wife/girlfriend likes it, she might take it as a compliment and therefore it wouldn't be insulting.
