10 commandments, laws of Moses, the law and prophets that governed the nation of Israel over 2000 years ago is what people now refer to as "religious " text.

It seems to me, what most people call "religion" is what others call "state". Therefore, there is no way to seperate (church) religion and government they are the same thing. Most illogical atheist doesn't understand this.
