. . . a religous BLOG as a source ? puuhhhleeaase
It's a 'Universalist' church site,, not really a church per se.. It's a bunch of believers and NON- believers wanting nothing more than a place to get the legal paperwork to be legally licensed to do ceremonies and stuff for people that don't want to join or be associated with any particular church or religious group.. In other words,,, a bunch of Atheists are members as well. Perhaps you should do a little research before making judgment.

"The Universal Life Church Monastery (ULC) is a non-denominational, non-profit religious organization"
(would that it were not true for tax purposes) All religious organizations are considered non-profit (as oppose to not-for-profit).

Instead of churning-out 'ministers' wouldn't it be PREFERABLE to advocate that "ministers" be not considered the 'go-to' persons for 'morality' and be NOT REQUIRED to be 'ministers' ?
IMO, non-believers have no need for 'ministers', especially the ordained kind(s), and therefore no need for churches (I understand the 'social' aspect).
Ham, an outspoken evangelical who believes the earth is 6,000 years old, is now harnessing the greater cancel culture movement to try and get one of his nemeses scrubbed from science and history books nationwide.
