I got some flak when I criticized the founder of the Boy Scouts who was a suspected pedophile, by ex-Boy Scouts, my comment to them was, well If you were not abused that's just great FOR YOU but not for the many abused, the Boy Scouts of America have filed for bankruptcy.,

All those legal ads soliciting victims of abuse by the Boy Scouts are indicative of something. I'm sure it's not most Scout masters but it's prevalent and it's been known for years. Same with Catholic priests.

That's what the NPR link says, and yes, it's never the most, exactly as priests, but those who abuse kids are the culprits.
