He reacted to meme on Twitter that was false. The company has a good policy that employees can't wear political garb. Rightfully so. He's telling his America First flock to go out and buy Bridgestone, Pirelli, Kumho, Yokohama. Michelin makes some USA but most Mexico. So that's a real stable genius.
