I wouldn't be surprised that would in the city I work in. Unless it murder or a traffic accident, they seem to do nothing .

Further proving the point I have been making for years. The best and the brightest do not become cops.

This happened in Philly. Right wing vigilantes attacked peaceful protesters with bats and pipes, in front of the cops. Nothing was done. They laughed.
