Presidents, or top leaders? India, for example, like a number of nations (Russia included) has a Prime Minister and a President.
Or, is it a trick question with the answer being the US, the answers being piecemealed together from numerous and questionable sources?

Yeah, India was my first thought. Possibily Tibet.
I would vote for India but it's a tricky one. It's the only country I know that has loads of religions there.

My guess would be Vietnam and it tells me that out siders need to stop invading Vietnam.

My guess would have been China , if they had Presidents , simply because of the huge territory and long history . Although India sounds good , they have Prime Ministers , not Presidents . Maybe one of the countries that went back and forth between the Moores and the Europeans ? On the other hand at the moment , I'm thinking Italy .
