Until you agree on a definition, it's pointless to argue about God. Most in the room agree there is no being in a cloud that made woman out of a rib in a day. No one is listening to your prayers, there is no afterlife.
However I've heard God is love, God is light, God is truth, all of those things do exist.
The truth is that the Universe has always been here, physics tells us that space can not end. Time can not slow or stop, hence we know there was no beginning of time.
Einstein and the Big Bang Theorists are/were clueless about the true nature of time and space.
Some of us use the term God to explain our existence, what you have to know is that all matter acts according to the forces applied to it. Stars, planets, and moons all form according to physics, no God required.
We tend to give "God" credit for creating life on earth, however life started in our oceans, again matter acting according to physical law. Every molecule has a charge which can attract or repel other molecules. For life to begin there has to be a stable environment, and lots of warm water. Earth had all of the right conditions, the Sun fed the earth with energy, together the Sun and the earth created the 1st life, and its been evolving ever since.
Humans won the race for supremacy, but we are just intelligent apes. Everyone should know what they are and what the true nature of the Universe is.
If you hear someone say the Universe is 13.7 billion years old - they are wrong, they don't understand physics. Tell them that the Universe has always been here - that is the truth.
