[bbc.com] This is a report of a religious cult in Panama that, as the article says, was preying on nearby villagers and those in the cult. Hard to believe people are that weird.

We need better education about mental illness. Amazing that people will go along with something that seems obviously wrong. Unless they are all sadists or mentally ill.

It could be. There could also be confusion over a drug cartel and their actions.

The grave - which contained the remains of a pregnant woman, five of her children and a teenager - was discovered after three villagers held by the sect escaped and fled to a hospital, prosecutors said at the time.
Police then raided the community and said that inside a makeshift church they found a naked woman, machetes, knives and a ritually sacrificed goat. They said that the sect had been preying on local villagers, performing violent exorcisms involving beatings and torture
No only Panama, all through out Latin America these evangelistic’s are doing so much of what their type call Evil!!!
Some of them are nothing but death, child pedophile, and sex cults only for their evangelistic’s male leaders pleasures!!!
