They have a fleet of Soviet era nuclear ice cutter super freighters. Russia and Canada are going to be economic superpowers in the next 20 years.

That is Trump's argument. They control the message. Democrats put tons of bills and passed in Congress. They proposed many bills in the Senate but McConnell did not floor them. And the Republican and bully pulpit cried out loud that Democrats are losers, been just after impeachment and whining. Many Democrats do not even know how many bills Democrats tried to push. No doubt in my mind that Republicans are better at messaging and winning. Sadly so.
