Today for Dinner I made: Vegan Red Lentil Quinoa Bowl

Oven roasted: carrots, butternut squash

Stove top cooked: quinoa, red lentil, steamed broccoli;

Topped with lemon and garlic flavored organic tahini sauce.

Turned out delicious... 👍🏾

I'm bad. I probably eat 20 lb of meat a week.

I suggest a few vegan appetizers just to try something different.

That's a very nice veggie bowl... Are you vegan?

I'm slowly transitioning to vegan, but primarily trying to expand my cooking skills and include more vegan meals simultaneously.

@GoodMan i'm a flexitarian ....mostly veggies but i also eat animal protein occassionally... In small amounts...

That looks yummy. I too have been experimenting with recipes. Just tried a portabello burger that tasted as good or better than the local restaurant.

Cool, maybe I'll include a portabello burger on my plan for this week 🙂
