Problem solving technique I've employed that works for me & relieves stress....simple questions

  1. what is the cause of the problem?
  2. am I able to do anything about it?
  3. if no, fuck it & move on. If yes, find solution.
    It looks simple but it's very difficult to get in the habit of doing it. It takes practice but if you employ it, I'm pretty damn sure you'll enjoy more out of life. Hope this helps someone
