Way ahead of its time, and badly implemented. It drove Clive Sinclair into his third bankruptcy and allowed Amstrad to buy and kill the Sinclair QL, a computer on which much of the Apple Mac software was developed
@Petter it's true. He was the Tesla of his time redoing way to forward into the future. The Segway was basically the next reincarnation of the C5. Sinclair should have just stuck to an eBike except it would have had to use lead acid batteries back then and it would have been way too heavy.
