He has a problem with size, his size, he thinks he is inadequate so he has to make up for this. In his head everything he does is so good that everyone is impressed. Unfortunately when people tell him he is an idiot or do not agree with what he says, he returns anger and abandons them. He would not put anyone competent around him as they would come to know that he is a complete idiot, that is why he has the stupid and corrupt as followers and helpers.

He sounds like a kid explaining how not doing the yard work chores was a great thing and how it makes him a hero.

With him everything has to be the biggest and the best. He has to feel he is the smartest and the toughest. Of course he is the antithesis of both of those things. He is the most insecure world leader I have ever seen. He has not one shred of decency, not an ounce of anything you would find in a good human being.
