He also had the surveillance planes destroyed. This is a gift to Putin on the way out. Expect more to come.

Sadly, Trump has another months and a half to fuck things up further. He did this which was supposed to require congressional approval, without consulting or informing congress. So, yeah, he will be doing much more.
