I suspect that Carl Orff's Musica Poetica is probably engrained in more people's heads than Carmina Burana. It is what has probably been the musical grounding for millions of children around the world.

All the more fascinating when you consider where the poems for Carmina Burana originated. The whole work is wonderful; this is the most recognizable piece in it. Thanks.
