Another Pennsylvanian has been charged in connection with the Jan. 6 storming of the U.S. Capitol.
In a motion for pre-trial detention filed in federal court, prosecutors accuse Michael J. Lopatic Sr., of Lancaster County, of obstructive and violent behavior by repeatedly punching one police officer and stealing the body camera of another when he was among the mob trying to impede the certification of the 2020 Presidential Election.
