Evangelical financial guru Dave Ramsey is committed to keeping his company, Ramsey Solutions, open for business no matter what.
After all, no one else is half as qualified to bring us dubious wealth-building advice (just do what rich people do!) and utterly nonsensical math equations (don’t forget to multiply by God!) — exactly what we need in these troubled times.
So even though one of his staffers tested positive for COVID-19, Ramsey is keeping his Nashville office open, and he expects his workers to continue to show up as long as they’re not showing symptoms.
He calls this “acting out of wisdom.”
Ramsey the pansie is a stupid, fucked up person devoid of character, humility, decency and just about everything else. If he succumbs to COVID or any other debilitating disease, well then it couldn’t happen to anyone better.
I have no respect for Dave Ramsey. He recently went on a crusade against businesses being required to require patrons wear masks, suggesting that by virtue of being business owners and weighing risks versus rewards that they have the ability to divine public health and safety. And now he's putting his own workers at risk, rather than giving them the option to work remotely or, heaven forbid, shut down operations for two weeks until his workers have been tested and cleared to come back to work. He has no problem telling other people how horrible they are if they don't live by his values, but when it comes to doing the bare minimum to ensure he's not risking the lives of his staff and their families, his view is "you can't tell me what to do." He's a bad person.
