I thought much of it was done by robots. 25 million surplus men & an historical cultural propensity for homosexuality may allow a different perspective on "county sized reeducation camps"!

@FrayedBear I was thinking of the 12 million Uighurs currently held in such camps in China at the most , but it does not surprise me that the communist government have more than one boogie man.
