The laws need to be looked at where child porn is concerned. Ridiculous to only get six years for that shit. I’m sure you’re glad that mess is behind you.

@Redheadedgammy Plea deals should be abolished especially for this type of crime. He was originally charged with 8 counts (which was also bullshit) with 10 years per count. He pled down to 1 count with the six years. Luckily he has to register as a sex offender for life.

My youngest son and I are waiting for he to offend again since the majority of sex offenders do. Hopefully then he will be in for life.

But it is documented that Dugar molested four of his sisters and one other girl too. Past bahvior is considered in sentencing. He will b made an example of because he has been in trouble with the law before. There is also his problems with the IRS. He's an all around scum bag.
