It's the seed concept behind homophobia and racism, like Polish jokes and Irish drunk jokes.

She killed somebody with her car. Slammed them in the rear and drove 70 year old Kim Howe onto oncoming traffic and killed her. Of course because of her wealth and fame she wasn't charged with vehicular manslaughter. She was found responsible and had to pay $million to the family.
