It wouldn’t be a wardrobe malfunction or possible diminished capacities that are of relevant concern with Trump. The concerns are his core toxicity and malignant narcissism which appeal to a disturbingly large enough subset of people. His disinhibition attracts.

Well Obama wore “mom jeans” and his roasting of Trump at the 2011 Correspondents Dinner has been argued to have gotten so deep in the Hair Furor’s craw he would pursue his vengeance to the Oval Office.

I still miss Obama as POTUS, probably the best person in the job in my lifetime, though “lust in his heart” Carter seemed decent too. Slick Willy wore his lust on his sleeve. Obama’s problem was as is MBNA Biden’s an intransigent Congress that has gotten even nuttier on the right fringe than the Birthers and Tea Partiers were. When Liz Cheney and Paul Ryan are mere RINOs we are in serious trouble ahead.

Even “Depends” can be difficult to cover, especially if they’re fully loaded.

Are you saying Trump was locked and loaded? Too bad he cannot get out of the pants, it would cause quite a stink.

I am fairly certain he had them on facing the right direction, but he definitely had them on in the wrong place. It's extremely noticeable that his ass was bared for the world to see. Disgusting...

He's wearing a girdle.

That would be hard to miss, even for him, so I did not parrot this idea. I just called them flab pants.
