Poland is a NATO member, I believe, so such an act may provoke Biden's threatened response. We do have some capabilities, I'd bet, and they can cost Putin a bunch of money. He can't afford that. So I'd look for the big meeting to start paying off fairly soon. Biden gave a time frame of 3-6 months.
