Everybody does a lot of good things, even really evil people, you do things and some of them are bound to be good, even if you try really hard to be bad. That is just the law of unintended consequences.
What is ironic though, is that he may have done more good things than Trump, simply because Trump hardly did anything at all.
Some years ago, I read that if Hitler had died in 1937 he would have been remembered as a great leader. As we know, he lived past that year.
