Those 45K deaths are of peasants, while the endless wars were for the profits that wars generate for corporations and a few wealthy individuals. The 3000 dead Americans from 9-11 were just an excuse for beginning endless wars, not the real reason for the wars. But the corporate media and the Bush administration successfully sold the excuse to get most Americans to support the beginning of the endless wars.
