LINK Man Slaps Police With BIG Lawsuit - YouTube

They beat him because he didn't get out of the car and the "chief" didn't see anything wrong with their actions. Apparently it's within police policy to pull someone over, question them about their feelings about the police and beating them if the cop doesn't like the answer.
