They were chatting with him, they were going to arrest her! I wish they had.
@barjoe Exactly, being arrested would have very likely saved her life - and if not arrested taken to a mental health facility as she was obviously in stress.
@Beowulfsfriend I don't know why she'd be stressed. Maybe that is because her boyfriend was abusing her. That was before he murdered her.
