A once a day birth control pill for men is in final approval stages. How do you see this effecting society?
I want to make a beer that has male birth control in it. I think it could work.
Thanks for your comment. Might as well add some viagra to the brew while your at it. Call it Safe Stallion Beer hahahaha!
You’d piss away all the active ingredients!
I’ve been taking the male birth control pill for decades... One pill before sex and you’re BOTH protected from pregnancy and ALL known STD’s !!
STI transmission can still happen from skin to skin contact. It will reduce transmission of certain ones possibly, but ejaculate will likely still contain viruses as well.
Thanks for your comment. Lol. Please tell us about the worlds best kept secret.
It’s a modern medical miracle few have heard about!
@Ungod Do Tell...
I don’t tell you... It’s a secret modern medical miracle that I reveal to any gal who is so fortunate as to be about to sleep with ME!
I just explain the details to her, and then let her witness me taking one of these male birth control pills from my prescription container, then it’s SCREW, NUT and BOLT!
Not one iota!
Thanks for your comment. As you can see from the comments there will be some anticipated changes.
Boys use your brains!
The average I.Q. is only 100...you expect boys to use something they do not have?
Thankfully, some are well above average... (;
Thanks for your comment. This pill will hopefully help some of the less intellectually gifted.
I just asked about this recently. I’ll have to come back to the article, but I’m with @cmadler as far as the timing is concerned.
My bad! I ran a quick check on all previous posts and missed yours. I try to keep it fresh on here. Nice poll...
Every birth control method devised so far has a such a negative effect on sex and reproduction (and LIFE!), as to make it impractical and undesirable... A male birth control pill should be no different, probably causing infertility, impotence, birth defects, cancer and heart disease!
These are all possible outcomes that lie beyond the current construct of FDA required clinical trials. Once this medication gets into the population there will mostly likely be incidents that occur outside the third standard deviation (+/- 3 sigma).
@Commonsense - STERILITY! A negative effect on reproduction!
Vasectomy is birth ELIMINATION not control!
